Introducing ilMio
Meaningful Jewelry That Connects
How ilMio Began
ilMio began with a simple yet heartfelt idea: to create something deeply personal and meaningful. It started with a gift for my cousin, who’s like a sister to me. As we planned a milestone birthday trip, I could see her struggling with "mommy guilt" about leaving her toddlers for the first time. Being a mom myself, I understood how hard that was. I wanted to give her a way to stay connected to her children, even from miles away.
A Bond Across the Miles
The perfect idea came: "What if she could carry her daughter’s kisses with her across the ocean?" I created a set of golden kisses—a replica of her daughters' lips—that she could wear close to her heart. When she put on the necklace, her "mommy guilt" eased, replaced by comfort and connection. These golden kisses were more than jewelry; they became a tangible link to her children, a source of peace. In that moment, I knew this gift could hold the same profound meaning for others too—and ilMio was born.
Beyond Jewelry: ilMio's Promise of Connection
From that moment, ilMio Jewelry was launched with a purpose: to offer a unique and meaningful connection to the people we love. I now wear my two kids’ kisses around my neck, and the feeling of closeness it brings is invaluable. Our jewelry is more than just beautiful 14k gold—it represents someone you cherish.
Stay connected, with ilMio.
The Bonds That Shape Us
The people we love shape who we are. They are the memories that warm our hearts, the voices that guide us through life, and the hands that lift us when we need it most. In a world that moves fast, it’s easy to feel disconnected, to lose touch with what truly matters. That’s where ilMio comes to life–to help you hold onto those connections, no matter how near or far.
The Founders
Alex and Marc are cousins-in-law (it’s a thing, they looked it up) with very different backgrounds. That makes them great partners. Between them, they have five kids and two dogs whom they care about more than anything. That is why ilMio exists.
